Returns every payout your business has issued, local and international, as one array. The list is not paginated, and the order is not guaranteed: sort by created_at yourself.

Each item has the same fields as Fetch payout info, including status (Processing, Processed, Failed, Held by bank, or null for a local payout the beneficiary bank rejected). Processed is not final: a processed payout can later move to Held by bank, Failed or a bank rejection. See the Payout object for which changes send webhooks.

To create payouts, use Issue payouts or Create international payout.
