Changes the spending limit of an active partner card. Send the new limit as amount.

The difference between the old and new limit moves between your Debit card account and the card: raising the limit takes the extra amount from your Debit card account (not your Payments balance), lowering it returns the difference there.

Returns {"success": true} when the limit is updated. The call fails with:

• 400 (INVALID_CARD_STATUS) if the card isn't active.
• 422 if the new limit is lower than what the card has already spent, or the balance transfer fails. If your Debit card account doesn't hold enough to raise the limit, the message is Maximum transfer amount is ....
