Search expense transactions

Searches your business's expense transactions: successful card transactions you can attach expense details to. Results are newest first.

Send the search in the request body. Use filters.start_date and filters.end_date (YYYY-MM-DD, both inclusive) to limit the date range, and page and per_page to paginate (100 per page by default; see Pagination).

Each result gives the transaction amounts, card, merchant, and an expense summary: its accounting status, and in requiredFields, which of category, description, and receipts are still missing (true means missing). expenseStatusCount counts all of your (or, without cards:read, your own cards') expenses by accounting status, ignoring filters and pagination. ready is null if no accounting software is connected. For the full record of one transaction, use Fetch expense transaction details.

camelCase keys

This response uses camelCase keys (amountCurrency, paginationMeta), unlike the other expense transaction endpoints. A change you just made can take a moment to show up here.
