Failure messages

error_code is the code returned by the card processor, passed through as-is. It can hold several codes separated by , (for example issuer_declined, insufficient_funds), and can be a code that isn't in this table; in that case error_message is Generic reason - user should contact their bank. Branch on status: failed, and treat error_code as informational.

`tabby_rejected`	Tabby rejected	Sorry, Tabby is unable to approve this purchase. Please use an alternative payment method for your order.
`retry_limit_exceeded`	Too many failed attempts	We're sorry, there's a limit to the number of payment attempts per day. Please try again tomorrow or contact us for support at [email protected].
