Lists the partner cards issued by your business, newest first, with each card's status, limit (amount), spend so far (total_spend), and card holder.
Results are paginated: 10 cards per page by default. Use page and per_page to move through the list; see Pagination.
To get one card, use Fetch partner card details.
Too many requests. You sent more than 100 requests in 30 seconds from one IP address. This response has no JSON body. See Rate limits.
