Lists the active tax rates synced from your accounting integration, sorted by name, with each rate's percentage. Use a tax rate's id as tax_rate_identifier in Update expense transaction.
Filter by name with search. Results are paginated: 100 per page by default (see Pagination). If your business has no accounting integration, the list is empty.
transaction_id is optional and doesn't change the results here, but an unknown ID returns 404.
Too many requests. You sent more than 100 requests in 30 seconds from one IP address. This response has no JSON body. See Rate limits.
